These are drawn from contemplative and somatic traditions, distilled into personal, actionable work.

Somatic discernment: Learning to trust your body as a source of knowing. Your gut, your heart, your felt sense. These aren't abstract. They're precise navigational instruments.
Authority patterns: Identifying the beliefs that keep you looking to external validation (metrics, gurus, old authority figures) for permission. Then rewiring them.
Symbol work: Identifying or creating personal attention anchors—symbols and practices calibrated to your specific nervous system—that anchor you into coherence and embodied knowing when activated.
Compassionate integration: Before rewiring, we meet the part of you that developed this pattern with care and grace. That nervous system response protected you once. We acknowledge that, hold it with compassion, and then—from that place of kindness—retrain it forward. You don't reject the part of you that performs or doubts. You recognize it developed to protect you. We sit with that version with care, then choose a different way together.
Working with key memories: If a present limitation traces back to an early wound or fear, we may hold that memory somatically in our work—allowing your nervous system to integrate and retrain its response if activation arises. This is not talk-therapy or analysis. We're bringing the memory into your body and retraining how your nervous system responds to it. The work is somatic rewiring, not understanding why it happened.
